Your Orders:
Since we have such a large catalogue, it is possible that you may encounter items which are not updated to date and out of stock.
On receipt of your order, we shall confirm your order if there is stock, together with the invoice amount as well as the delivery date and the form of payment.
Minimum Order:
Spain Peninsula and the Balearic Isles: 10 pieces per model and per colour, except for those models that come in assorted colours.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Gibraltar and the European Union: 100 units
The rest of Europe: 150 units
The rest of the world: 250 units
Sales conditions
Prices: Prices are ex-factory, Barcelona. 16% VAT (Value Added Tax) should be added for orders to be delivered within Peninsula Spain or the Balearic Isles as well as the member states of the European Union..
Shipping:
The Spanish Peninsula and Portugal:
The shipping cost will be 10€ (excl.VAT) and it shall be charged onto the invoice. The order will be sent by Courier service.
The Courier srvice company charges a comission to collect the outstanding amount of the order to be paid. This comission will be 4% of the outstanding amount due (with a minimum amount of 4,75€). This comission charge will not be shown on our invoice to you but will instead be paid by you directly to the Courier service company.
C.O.D. comission shall be borne by the client and . All charges need to add VAT.
Delivery by Courier service will be about 24 - 48 hours.
The Balearic Isles
The shipping cost will be 20 € (payment collection comission included in this case) and they will be sent by post (Blue Parcel). This option is applicable only if the volume and the weight of the package permits (max. 20 kg.). To be on the safe side, we need approximately 5 weeks from the date of receipt of the down-payment.
Shipment by Courier service carries a surcharge of 15€ and it carries a C.O.D. payment collecting comission of 4% of the outstanding amount to be collected (with a minimum comssion of 4,75€) to be paid directly to the Courier service company. All figures do not include VAT.
Delivery by Courier service will be about 24 - 72 hours.
For The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar:
For shipment by post, the cost of 20 € (including paymenet collecting commission charge) shall be charged onto the invoice. We need approximately 5 weeks from the date of receipt of the down-payment.
For shipment by Coourier service, the client shall bear the cost of shipment and payment will be made directly to the shipping company at the time of delivery.
For the Rest of Europe:
The shipment shall be by post or by our International courier. The cost of shipment according to the destination and the weight and/or the volume of the packge will be calculated and shall be charged onto the invoice.
For the Rest of the World:
Shipment will be by post (only if applicable) or by UPS, or by any other means prearraged by the client.
The client shall bear the full cost of shipping.
You can check your estimated UPS (www.ups.com) cost as well as the time of delivery by keying in your post-code number together with our corresponding post-code number 08950 Esplugues de Llobregat as the city of origin. An average package of 15 units weighs between 10 to 20 kg.
Customs
All customs handling costs shall be borne by the client.
Form of Payment: 50% of the invoice total shall be made payable in advance by bank transfer, cheque or postal order and the remaining 50% to be paid on delivery. Payment by cheques/checks will require approximately a week to clear before we proceed to process your order.
For personalised pieces (with incriptions directly inscribed on the piece itself) payment shall be 75% in advance and the rest on delivery. No returns will be admissable on such items unless the error is on our part.
For orders to be delivered outside the Spanish territory, the Pricipality of Andorra or Portugal, we are sorry we do not have a means to collect payment on delivery at this moment. So we are afraid the payment will have to be paid fully in advance.
Transfers originating from Territories outside the Euro Zone incur an extra cost of reception even though the transfer is made in Euros. This cost of reception shall be borne by the customer. You MUST select to pay ALL fees when you request the transfer of funds through your bank. The supplier is to receive the integral amount invoiced in Euros. We cannot ship orders until the correct amount in full has been received.
We do not have facilities for credit card payment at this moment.
Delivery: Orders will be normally be despatched between one to four weeks after receipt of down payment. You may also wish to assure that your choice of articles do not get out of stock by making your reservations as soon as you have decided on them.
Samples: The samples carry a packaging and freight (postal) charge of 15€ (25€ outside Spain), plus the price of the items. They will be limited to 3 different pieces only. The samples shall be paid in advance. This shipping cost of 15€ (also 15€ outside Spain) will be refunded to you when you make the order and it shall be credited onto your purchase invoice, only if the order exceeds 100 pieces (150 pieces for delivery outside Spain, Andorra or Portugal).
Except for a few Note-pads or favour boxes, samples will not be personalised.
